HKC Round 5 – Rye House
June 1st 2014

Chris seemed really focused this round, more focused than we have seen before. We had a good Saturday test and found some more time and better feel from using different wheel rims.

Chris had a good first heat showing good commitment and speed. He was among the top four for much of the race before dropping to eighth on the last two laps.

Heat two saw much of the same with Chris racing very well. He was racing quicker than he?s been before while shaving time off of the leaders quickest lap. Another 8th finish.

Heat 3 and the final were not so good which we couldn’t understand until we inspected the kart thoroughly at the end of the day. We found this chassis had snapped too!
